How we work
Wood Advisory does not take fees from agents, and can work with non retained agents to provide both acquisition, disposal and performance fees dependant upon the deal specifics, the consultancy is independently funded and therefore does not rely on transactional income. We feel that this best aligns our advice with our client's interests and enables both agent and principle to be properly rewarded for their respective contributions
Wood Advisory works on a best in class model, using the right agent or professional to get the job done, to meet the requirements and expectations of our clients. Wood Advisory has a long standing network of trusted partners who are sector or regional specialists, and Wood Advisory encourages a direct relationship between its clients and these individuals as part of the trust it wishes to foster.
What else do we do ?
In addition to property initiatives, Wood Advisory has also supported various University Research projects including Wolverhampton's European contribution to Cradle to Cradle economics in the built environment, and currently is working on integrating Low Carbon technology into the aviation market
